State-of-the-art infrastructure for the largest ships

The Chantier Naval de Marseille has three major dry docks:

  • Dry dock no. 8: 320 m long, 50 m wide, 11.7 m deep
  • Dry dock no. 9: 250 m long, 37 m wide, 8.7 m deep
  • Dry dock no. 10: 465 m long, 85 m wide, 10.7 m deep – one of the largest in the world, capable of accommodating mega-ships and new-generation liners.

The site also boasts 450 linear meters of fully-equipped loading docks, modern workshops (mechanical, steel, piping, electrical, lifting) and extensive covered, secure storage areas for spare parts and equipment.
